We have a good purchase experience with Katie in Tuttle yesterday! She was very nice by answering our concerns, taking care of purchasing, sending electronic documents and new ID cards, cancelling old policy for us and contacting bank. All those things we may do by ourselves, she help us take care of them. It save us a lot of time. And Tuttle is so convenient to go, near to the route 8. So far it is nice to have their help with insurance.
The Tuttle Insurance Group is amazing. My first encounter was by phone with Maria. She was so helpful with taking my information to get our quote started for car, home and umbrella policies. Katie then took over and it was smooth sailing after that. She was very responsive to my calls/emails and sat with us to review all the policies before we finalized everything.
