This is a terrible company. I would rate it ZERO stars if that is possible.
They call our phone lines constantly, despite the fact that we are a RAPE CRISIS HOTLINE. When I patched through to an employee to ask to be taken off the call list, they hung up on me.
Thank you, Healthinsurance 4 Everyone, for taking away the time I could be spending assisting victims of sexual assault, and instead making me listen to ridiculous computer recordings. And then allowing your staff to hang up on me.
UPDATED: Someone called me from this agency after I left a pointed message. They are not affiliated with the scammers. The scammers use the name "HIFE". NOT the same company.
