(May 22, 2019, 2:46 pm)I had my car towed here when it died in my driveway. The mechanics kept trying to make the car display the same symptoms for 2 full business days to no avail. Here's the impressive part, I wasn't charged crazy diagnostic fees/charges for these 2 days of attention! To put my nerves at ease, they replaced the battery terminals which did appear to need to be replaced (over 10 yrs old) & car runs great. All that time & effort was well under $100!!!! No scamming. No bogus repairs. No treating me like a foolish female. I was treated like an extremely appreciated customer throughout the entire process. I am so impressed! I will definitely come back here for future repairs! I highly recommend this place to any AAA member expecting integrity & superior customer service.
(April 20, 2019, 2:39 am)AAA has always been great road side assistance and you can use it with any car as long as you have the AAA not so bad if you get stuck and they come pretty quick enroll with Arp..for discount.

People are actually humans, not robots in a human form, they have character and empathy. Beautiful facility with comfortable chairs and quality interior design that is not reminiscent of some sort of criminal processing facility
