(November 15, 2018, 3:33 pm)My wife and I were taking a trip to Toronto which I booked on my own through Expedia and VRBO. I decided to take insurance for this trip as Medicare does not cover foreign travel. I found this company through an internet search of Travel Insurance companies and was pleased with what they offered and the price.
I booked this through the site. My wife and I travel often and have never needed to file a claim. However this time my wife came down with Pneumonia and I with the flu prior to leaving on this trip. Therefore we were unable to go so I contacted the 800 number and was advised what was needed to file a claim.
I mailed the required documentation on Monday November 5th and received a check for the entire amount from Crum & Foster on Saturday November 10th. The adjuster was Kathleen Fox. I have never experienced such a quick response in any matter. I want to thank Ms. Fox and Crum and Foster on a job well done. Needless to say if we or any of our friends and family are planning on travelling I would highly recommend using Crum & Foster Travel Insured International.
