Jennifer Reyes and Camille Beauchamp are the most competent, thorough, helpful, friendly customer service reps you will ever have! Omar Juarbe State Farm Insurance Agency takes care of their customers, I have my auto loan, car insurance and homeowners insurance policies all with State Farm.
(April 18, 2019, 7:26 am)I had an outstanding experience working with this agency. Floribel Ferreira was amazing. I had significant challenges with other providers and brokers before getting connected to Flo. I immediately felt comfortable that my needs were being cared for. The insurance process can be daunting and it is one of those things that you have to have a lot of trust in the agents serving you. I immediately had that trust which is #1. Beyond that, Flo worked diligently to assist me with my issue and was transparent and efficient. I have no doubts that we achieved the best outcome for both sides and I have 0 hesitation recommending Flo and the Omar Juarbe agency to anyone that will listen. Thank you!

(February 11, 2019, 9:36 am)Aileen is great! She was a huge help! I've been paying for the Hospital Benefit and didn't even know exactly what it was. She explained it to me and helped me to get reimbursed for two week long hospital admissions I had. She was always keeping me up-to-date via email and/or phone even til the day I received my check via mail. Great experience, thank you Aileen!

In my opinion, he is one of the very best insurance agents in the state and I trust his advice on all insurance issues.
