  I have had the privilege of working with Paul Achee for many years. We are a mid-size aerospace manufacturing company averaging 55-60 employees while partnered with Paul and I am a one person HR department. Not only is he extremely professional and pleasant to work with, but Paul is very patient and willing to educate HR, management, and employees to make certain they fully understand their coverage options. In an ever changing insurance market, this has been essential.
  Paul takes the time to understand the needs of both our company and our employees so he can customize a package best suited for our needs. He has been able to help a few of our employees find individual plans for their spouses or children when group coverage is too expensive or to aid in the transition to Medicare for those eligible.
  We trust Paul and we are confident in his knowledge of the current industry and his ability to think outside the box to make sure we can still offer a great benefit package to our employees. I personally have learned so much about the process from working with him over the years and can't recommend him highly enough!

  Highly recommend. We brought Paul in to assist with our company health insurance needs. He offered several health plan options for our company, then made himself available to sit with individual staff members to review these health insurance options & discuss which plan would best fit their needs. Couldn't be happier with the service provided

  Paul does a great job for us--I've worked with him at two different employers over the past 14 years and he has always been thorough, accommodating and trustworthy. He goes above and beyond when it comes to our renewals and the many challenges throughout the year at each employer--from the HR point of view he is a reliable partner when it comes to our benefits array and processes.
