(May 4, 2018, 1:42 am)I came to this office on a whim because I was dissatisfied with my AAA agent. The moment you walk in you're greeted by a courteous team and offered refreshments, they make you feel at home. I worked with Carmen O. My biggest fear was feeling taken advantage of because of my age and lack of knowledge/experience but Carmen made sure I understood everything involved in the process of starting a policy. She seemed genuinely concerned with my questions and getting me the best coverage she could for the best price. She was very honest and also so personable. The fact her and I were close in age made me feel like she understood exactly where I was coming from so this made me feel extra comfortable trusting her. She was extremely knowledgeable and sincere. Shortly after opening my policy, I was involved in my first auto accident. It was late but I wasn't sure what to do and was shaken up. I took a chance and called Carmen and to my surprise she answered and helped calm me down and walked me through the entire ordeal ON THE PHONE. I can't get over how amazing she is and how much she cares for her clients. Since, I've had my family come in for a consultation and work with her also. We love her!!! Carmen thank you so much for you dedication and work ethic. I appreciate you so much!!!

I have my car, house, and life insurance through them because they helped me pick out individualized policies based on my specific needs. Carmen is my agent, she always answers all my questions and is always available to reach at any time. I recommend them to anyone I talk to.

I love the fact that they are always available to answer any question or concern I may have in regards to my insurance. A big thanks to Carmen and Vanessa for always being there for me when I need help or a question answered. Thank you girls very much I really appreciate all your help ????????????
(April 18, 2018, 2:58 pm)Claudia Anguiano is the best agent I ever had! We went over different coverages for my custom Mustang to make sure I was covered properly. She also explain the importance of life insurance and helped me choose one. Her team it's also very friendly, they did a great job helping my friend with his auto claim.

The other company don't tell you about hidden cost and fees but this State Farm does. Carmen and Vanessa are very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. I would refer anyone to this location. You won't be disappointed.
