  We had the BEST experience working through Vagabundos and CHUBB Seguros Mexico Insurance Co! We, unfortunately, damaged our Toy Hauler Trailer in route to our casa in Bahia de Los Angeles. We filed a claim and the next day the adjuster was at our casa to assess the damage and make a report. The claim was filed, 10/3/18, and settled 12/7. It wouldn't have even been two months if we would have been able to obtain two estimates sooner. From the time we sent in the estimates, they reviewed them and wired us the money for the lower of the two estimates. Our Toy Hauler is being repaired as we write this review. Again, by far the best experience we have ever had with an Insurance Agency and Insurance Company ever! We are Vagabundos customers forever!!! The girls are awesome in the office too!!

Value. Service. Cleanliness. No hot water in the bathroom. Every tap leaked all over the tile floor of the "permenante." No Wi-Fi. Even this was acceptable after being on the beach for 6 days. This is the only campground left in the Cabo area. We camped at Vagabundos del Mar RV Park in a Truck Camper.
