  I've been a client for 5 years and I have nothing but good things to say. Amy is a great agent and her staff is always there to answer any questions or help with whatever I need. Very happy with this office.

  I haven't had a reason to write a review until recently. Even though I have been with Amy's office (despite being half an hour away) for a few years now, everything has been pretty routine- we got a quote, signed up for policies (auto, homeowner's and life), received and paid bills.
  
  This year we experienced something that could only be in movies! My husband started his own business and invested our hard earned savings into purchasing a business vehicle. In March, his truck was stolen from a parking lot as my husband was running an errand. The claim process went smooth (despite having to deal with such a frustrating situation), our truck was not found by police until 20 days later and it was totaled out. Once the total loss process took it's route, we received payment right away. We bought another business vehicle AND not even a month later the new truck is stolen from OUR DRIVEWAY! To have something like this happen TWICE in such a short time period and at our home where our children are - needless to say, we were devastated beyond frustration. This time the police found the truck within hours dumped on the side of the road. Although this claim should have been processed faster (in my head since truck was found faster) we hit some bumps in the road.
  
  Stay with me people...
  
  This is where Amy and her staff really came through for us. They followed up with us every few days, asking if they could help with anything. On a couple of occasions, they called the claims office for us to help with speeding up the process. They were always professional, expediant, friendly, and most of all EMPATHETIC. As cheesy as this sounds, when we hit rock bottom they were there for us, just like a good neighbor (I warned you it would be cheesy). No, but really- if you want to feel like part of the family, this is the office you are looking for!!
