  I am appreciative of John Wales knowledge, professionalism, and giving heart! He handles my business insurance and is always on top of everything. Recently, he called me with a 10% discount (on rates which were already lower than my previous agent's)! Highly recommend.

  John is the most versatile and knowledgeable insurance agent I've ever come across. I believe he takes the safety, security & welfare of his customers to heart. He jokes he's paid to be paranoid, I'm sure I'll be thankful if anything were to happen. This is the insurance agent you want, if you want to rest easy.

  John has been the agent for my home owners insurance policy for over 3 years. He was able to insure me when others couldn't due to my home being in a "High Fire Zone". He and his staff have always been extremely professional and his rates are very competitive.
  John will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and to keep your business, from what I've seen customer service is his top priority. I wouldn't put much stock in the negative reviews posted recently, any insurance company is going to cancel you if you don't pay your premium.

  I own and operate a repair business which has been out of my residence since 1995. I inquired about insurance for my home business.
  
  Mr. Wales was honest enough to tell me that he could sell me something, but would not be worth it for my home business circumstance.
  
  This home-based insurance policy may limit coverage to claims that occur at the residence. Also, that it may not cover Errors and Omissions on my part. I don't need a useless policy, and he does not want to sell one.
  
  In his experience, it was not helpful to others in my similar circumstance either, so I really appreciate Mr. Wales integrity.
