(January 31, 2017, 2:18 pm)Incredibly Helpful & Excellent Service - I spent at least 3 hours with Good and Associates, as they patiently explained all my health insurance options. I had quite a bit of difficulty in understanding all the provisions from the various health care providers, plans, and changes do to the Affordable Care act. Thankfully, they were willing to teach me and provide me with multiple options. In the end, I choose a plan that I think is perfect for my needs - And - saved me hundreds per month vs. my previous Cobra coverage. Thanks to Justina and the rest of the team for everything

She gave me all my options & followed through every step of the way. I will recommend your office to everyone. Cheryl made a difficult task easy because of all her professional help.

Cheryl brought solutions at every turn and provided answers to questions we hadn't even thought to ask. Her follow through was exceptional and her encouragement brought relief during an extremely stressful time in our lives. Good & Associates hired a Customer Service Angel in Cheryl.

(May 29, 2015, 8:43 am)Cheryl made it so easy to sign up for Covered California. She explained every option in detail & recommended a plan that would best suit me. Since February, she has been able to answer any questions I had. She's even called my insurance to make sure a certain procedure would be covered before going through with it. Thank goodness for her! :) Cheryl is extremely sweet & very professional. When I came in even without an appointment, the whole staff at Good & Associates was really nice. Highly recommended!
