I have been with my insurnace company for over 10 years. The level of professionalism and knowledge was far behind what I have ever received from my insurnace in the 10 years I was with them. The transfer to the new insurance I know will be GREAT!!!
(March 18, 2019, 10:48 pm)I’ve been looking for auto insurance for a few weeks and encountered many different reps. Today I had the pleasure of working with Megan through State Farm. Even though I was unable to get insurance through State Farm she tried to work with me the best she could. Her customer service was excellent and the best I’ve encountered in a long time. Megan was very friendly and super personable. I am very fortunate to receive all her help. When I am ready I will be coming back to her to get life insurance for me and my kids. Thank you again Megan.
(January 22, 2019, 6:55 pm)I was looking for insurance at a decent price. I called all of the name brand carriers asking for a quote. 99% of the listed numbers I called sent me to voice mail. Only one of the companies I left a voice mail with bothered to call me back. The one guy who did call me back acted like I was bothering him by asking for a quote. He asked a ton of questions and then never sent me the quote. I left him 3 or 4 voice mails asking for the quote or at least a call back. I never heard from the guy. When I called State Farms I was sent to Megan Callahan. Ms. Callahan acted like she was glad I called unlike the other guy who acted like he was mad that I was bothering him and that I wanted to buy insurance. From the start Ms. Callahan had a very pleasant professional voice and only asked a few simple questions. It did not take Ms. Callahan very long at all to get me the insurance quote I had ask for. She didn't try to hard sale me on anything other than what I asked for. Never will I call a list of numbers looking for insurance. From now on it's straight to State Farm and Ms. Callahan.

(January 22, 2019, 5:11 pm)Received great customer service from a rep by the name Rhiannon Phipps. She was very polite and swift with supplying me with a quote. She quoted me for full coverage less than what I was currently paying for liability which I thought was unreal. She assured me that it was in fact possible and that joining State Farm I would receive great service. I didn’t feel pressured nor like I was being sold anything. Felt like I was becoming apart of something that would in turn save me money and be a good experience. I am excited to join State Farm and have also recommended it to a few family members and friends. Thank you Rhiannon. Not everyday you meet someone who is supposed to sale you something and it ends up being a gift!
