  After 3 hours over the phone with different customer service agents they finally transfered me to Sacramento to Brian Molina. Molina was able to help me right away.
  He was fast with excellent customer service skills. I'll be calling this office from now on.

  Highly recommended! Great rates! Go see Mary she provide great customer service and are very nice and helpful and very friendly environment . She helped me a lot to get a good affordable insurance . I highly recommend Mary !!!

  Called to inquire about a insurance quote, but my experience was much more than that. My insurance rep Karla Villa was beyond informative and worked to get me a great price on my new policy. Very timely, efficient, and genuinely polite. Very pleased.

  My husband and I walked in and received excellent service. Thanks to Tina Fleming we now have all 3 of our cars covered at a very decent price. She was very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend that people come to costuless for the insurance purposes.
