(August 10, 2018, 8:08 pm)I have had very good experience with their travel agents booking overseas trips. Their insurance is well priced, but I have had problems with their claims agents. It is a good place to go for car registration business during the current DMV crisis here in California. They don't do anything with license business. They also offer roadside assistance with your membership.

(May 22, 2018, 2:27 pm)The employees are great. They helped me as soon as I walked through the door and provided me with an international driver's permit in a matter of minutes. They also offer so many products services and are knowledgeable about each offering that I may look into becoming a member.
(December 29, 2017, 7:47 pm)So nice to go here instead of DMV. The office is new and the staff is friendly. They offered complimentary tea and coffee while we waited. They validate parking in the parking garage or the small lot. Will definitely return for any DMV necessities.
