  I have been with them for over 6 years. I have had the best customer service from Odessa Insurance! They were so great to me when I had a hit-and-run accident happen to me this past fall. They coordinated all the service and transportation needs I had while the vehicle was being repaired. Five days ago I leased a brand new 2017 car and just called them to find out about the insurance coverage on my older car, and come to find out the car dealership hadn't taken care of getting insurance for my new car! The customer service I received from Viktor Nagirniak and some crucial information he provided about trading in my out of state license plates was invaluable. They gave me a great rate and great service. I highly recommend them.

  Really good customer service. I called in to get a quote for my vehicle as my previous insurance company has been a bit pricey for me lately. However, I am really glad that I called to get a quote because Odessa Insurance was able to provide me with a much cheaper price as well as, better coverage then I had with my previous insurance company. I ended up getting full coverage on my vehicle with Odessa Insurance and have been with them for a few months now. Defiantly recommend getting a quote here if you are not satisfied or happy with your current insurance.
