Christopher has helped our family twice.
Once to manage picking up individual health insurance (we are self-employed). It's much better having someone with expertise to help navigate through the healthcare options and limitations of the Affordadable Care Act (whether one qualifies for a reduced rate or not). Christopher went out of his way to explain things as we renewed insurance to get the best and most affordable coverage option for our daughter facing surgery for a possible malignancy.
Second, he helped when our son moved out of state for college. Christopher was able to recommend an equally conscientious broker in Pennsylvania to provide coverage options, even when he had nothing financially to gain by doing so.
The Affordable Care Act makes picking health insurance more complex and it was great to get expert advice in both circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend Christopher to anyone.
We have found Chris to be very knowledgeable, genuinely concerned, patient and sincere. He is resourceful and easy to talk with. I can't imagine trying to navigate the COBRA, ACA, Medicare labyrinth without his help and guidance.
