(March 14, 2019, 3:34 pm)Update of the review below: Came to get some documents notarized. Staff was very friendly, organized and knowledgeable. We brought the kids and when they were getting restless an employee brought them some crayons and coloring papers. It was very considerate of them.
Came here to get movie tickets as Xmas gifts. They were very orgabized and friendly. We got in and out in just a few minutes.
(January 17, 2019, 11:16 am)Had a great experience today at this particular office! I had to get a Disabled Parking Permit and I had just checked in at the front desk and was immediately taken back to see Jai Patel who is a very nice, cheerful employee. Last time, I had gone to the office on Madison and had to wait an hour to (eventually) be helped by the front desk person that had checked me in an hour earlier! I have been a member for 50 years, since teenhood, and happy with their service.
