  Tom was so kind and helpful to me when I was looking for a new insurer. As it turned out, my previous insurer revised their quote and Tom at IB&C advised me to just stick with them. He didn't try to grab my business, he advised me as a friend would. This kind of honesty wins my trust, and I will definitely call IB&C when I'm looking for insurance again.

  I highly recommend IB&C insurance after calling multiple insurance companies and not getting a response or helpful service IB&C was very accommodating Carrie Adams was extremely helpful and professional and I would recommend them to anyone

  IB&C has been my source for information on insurance in Grass Valley for 13 years. They have never led me astray. Service is clear, honest and extremely helpful.

  The staff and the head honcho were incredible. They took the time to fully explain my insurance policy. It was only in effect for three weeks when I filed a claim as a result of the fires in Paradise,
  Their response was immediate. and help was on the way. Money started coming into my account within a week. They were courteous and compassionate. Kudos.
