(May 17, 2019, 7:11 pm)I can’t say enough about Afshin at Paramount Public Adjusters. I happened to get lucky and found him through a google search after a water valve busted and flooded by house and I knew I needed help with dealing with the insurance claim. I called a couple of other adjusters but he was the only one who responded immediately and was at my property, I want to say within the hour of our conversation! He took all the pressure off and dealt directly with the insurance company our behalf. He is very courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough and he patiently eased all my anxieties over the whole insurance claim process. I highly recommend calling Afshin if you find yourself in need of a public adjuster. Don’t deal with the insurance company on your own. They take advantage of your naïveté. You need someone like Afshin in your corner. He’s worth every bit in gold!

(February 22, 2019, 7:14 pm)Let me start by saying I was dealing with an absolute nightmare. My entire home flooded. Unfortunately the general public (including myself) don't know much about what we are entitled to and what the insurance is supposed to pay and what they are not supposed to pay for. Luckily I had Afshin and he was by far the most knowledgeable person I have ever encountered throughout my entire experience with this claim. I highly recommend him to anyone! Doesn't matter how small or big the job is, Afshin is the perfect person for the job! Honest, trustworthy, and hard working! Afshin makes sure you are taken care of and not alone throughout this very stressful process! Thank you Afshin for everything you did for me! If it wasn't for you I would have been lost!

Having to go through a stressful situation with a water leak inside our home and having a 6 month old baby, Paramount Public Adjusters took care of everything with dealing with our insurance company and getting us a fair amount for all the repairs. I would highly recommend them!
(May 4, 2018, 3:26 pm)On December 18, 2017 we walked into a house and found a disaster situation. While we were out of work and later at dinner and a movie, a pipe under our sink connected to our hot water sink faucet, had come undone and the house was covered with water.
Even though I'm an experienced realtor, I had never had something like this happened to me. My family and I, what caught completely off guard. The floor was covered by about half an inch or more of water, throughout the whole house. The expensive Persian rug in our dining room and living room were soaked, and smelled horrible. The windows were fogged up because of the hot water, and the whole place was unlivable.
This is not at all a funny situation. I had no idea what to do. Outside of calling a mitigation company.
In the few days that followed, I was introduced to Paramount Public adjusters, and I can tell you now without a doubt, that my own insurance company, with perhaps shortchange me out of thousands of dollars in damages, if it wasn't for Paramount Public adjusters.
Their representatives, where on my case and working hard on my behalf, within hours after I called. I work with a particular representative named Afshin.
To say that he fought for me, would be an understatement. It has taken a five month journey, to finally be able to move back into the house, On June 1, 2018.
From finding us a hotel to move into, and haggling with the insurance company as to the number of rooms we needed, to finding us temporary housing that would fit our family, Paramount public adjusters stood by us, and made sure we were well taken care of.
I hope this situation like this never happens in your life, water damage, fire or anything that would force you out of your house. But if you ever come across a hardship like this, You should call these people.
