  I have been insured with Farmers Insurance for several years and their customer service is A+. Kim does a fantastic job working with her clients and Shi is exceptional and a delight to work with resolving any issues from Car Insurance to Home Insurance etc. I’m glad I chose Farmers; especially your office as the go to.

  Kim McGuire and her team are amazing! For almost 10 years I’ve been the-recipient of the best service I’ve ever experienced.
  
  Started with car insurance And then added homeowners insurance, landlord insurance, and then renters insurance.
  
  They call to remind me to make payments on time and have more than once contacted me and assisted me in filling out paperwork I needed done.but didn’t know how to do online. Always courteous and kind and super helpful. They always go the extra mile to help get done what needs to be done.

  The ladies in the office are extremely professional and so friendly. They make you feel like family and will make sure they are with you every step of the way when something happens. When I was involved in an incident a few months ago, Shi (one of the agents), stayed on the phone with me and was with me through everything. I never felt alone. I appreciate the mother/daughter duo very much and will remain their client forever.
