  I recently had the opportunity to work with Dean and his staff on my first insurance purchase. I was very pleased with the service and expertise they provided. I would highly recommend Dean to anyone looking for an insurance agent.

  I am always seeing other insurance companies boasting savings if you change your insurance to them. I am glad I have never considered or changed our insurance. Recently I had an accident, my agent Dean Pappas, reassured me that State Farm will take care of everything. He is a "hands on agent" and puts his policy holders best interest first. I am grateful that Dean is my agent, I have peace of mind knowing he will take care of my family with our insurance needs.

  I called in because statefarm was trying to drop me. Dean fought hard for me and tried to appeal a few of my claims to help me. He kept me informed during the whole process. Although I still had to move on to another insurance company, I don't regret working with Dean.
