(May 7, 2019, 3:20 pm)I had a horrible experience at the Florence, AL location. Our policy had been purchased online and we wanted to upgrade one of our vehicles to full coverage from liability. The lady was very rude, irritable, obviously inconvenienced and all but refused to help me. I left the Florence location with the intention of finding a new company to insure our vehicles. Enter the hero, Myryam Ramirez at the Decatur location. She was professional, friendly and totally restored my faith in Acceptance Insurance. It took her less that 15 minutes to complete the necessary requirements to change our policy. It was worth the 2 hour round trip drive from home to have such a wonderful agent assist me.
(April 7, 2019, 12:20 pm)Great service At location but the company itself isn’t in my opinion. Very basic insurance not like a larger carrier with higher limits and more options. I wouldn’t recommend this company. I’m only giving four stars based off customer service.
(April 13, 2018, 8:42 pm)Acceptance Ins is awesome! They saved me when I couldn’t afford my previous insurance...it went up because of tickets and I think 1 wreck! Awesome affordable good coverage!!
(February 16, 2018, 12:09 pm)They are centrally located on Hwy 67 east across from Lynn Layton Chevrolet. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the prices are affordable. I will recommend them to everyone.
