  I love AllState. I've had coverage with them since 2015. I have never been dissatisfied. Recently however, I was contacted by a member of Ashleys team to talk about adding renters insurance. I received the call when I was sitting on the beach relaxing with family. I said I did want to add renters and I was interested in a quote. I was told the quote would be availabel the next monday and she would call me back. Monday I was back at work and busy so I missed the call. I figured I'd just recieve the quote in the mail to go over coverage and deductables. Instead it was added to my account and I was billed for two months. When I initially said I didn't want it added I had only asked for a quote I was told I needed to sign a cancelation request. I never signed anything to add the coverage to my account, so I wasn't signing anything to cancel. I didnt request it be added. I requested more information about what it would look like. So that aggravated me slightly. While it wasn't Ashley himself, it was someone in his office and I just felt like it was bad business. They did in the end cancel it without my signature. But it shouldn't have ever been added in the first place. I looked into switching companies but allstate still gives me the best quote and they have been good to me in the past so I'm staying. Switching agents within states isn't really possible which I looked into as well. I feel the issue should be addressed. If they did it to me. I'm sure they have done it to others as well.

  Ashley has always been so prompt answering any questions I may have about my policies. Allstate was the cheapest and best coverage I’ve found when shopping for homeowners and auto insurance
