Originally my wife and I were with Charles Smith’s agency and upon his retirement our account was moved to a new agent in town and I was not satisfied. We decided to stay with State Farm and just move to a different agent. After speaking with Breck directly, he made me feel comfortable and at home. He has become a friend and appreciate all the hard work he and his team put in to his clients. Rachel Monplasir has handle majority of our needs from moving out of town from Montgomery to Auburn with homeowners insurance along with Kayla Bamburg and most recently the purchase of a new vehicle. Rachel went above and beyond over the past year as I’ve been searching for a new vehicle and trying to stay within our monthly budget she would always get me some rough numbers when asked. Thank you, Rachel and Breck!

He is friendly but honest about what your best interests are for insurance. I highly recommend him for your insurance needs.

They all go the extra mile to be sure you have the right amount of coverage for your situation. Their honesty and passion for helping people is evident through all of their actions. They truly treat you like you are a part of their own family. When the unexpected happens, they are there to ensure everything goes smoothly so you can focus on what is important.
(May 17, 2019, 9:58 am)Breck and Travis at State Farm have been so helpful the last few years! I have multiple policies with them, and every experience I have had with them has been wonderful. When I was previously looking for mortgage quotes, Breck took the time to call and go over everything with me and made sure that I knew all of my options- even if I chose not to go with State Farm. I have opened different policies with Travis (car, home & life insurance) and each time he has explained it all to me and always made sure I get the best price. When I have questions or need help, Travis is always available! I would highly recommend this office!
