I have had Allstate insurance for many years and have always been very pleased with service I have gotten I have checked with other companies but come back to Allstate I would recommend compareing before you buy
Higdon Insurance Group cares about their customers! I have experienced friendly, courteous, customer-focused service from the moment I switched my insurance interests to their care. I have a trusted advisor in the insurance world, and that makes all the difference to me. They display integrity and compassion, and I believe they honestly have my best interest in mind! For example, I was paying for an unnecessary insurance policy on a rental home I own. They did not have to tell me I was duplicating insurance coverage, but they did. Not only did they save me over $500 a year, they were able to go back and refund the time it was duplicated! That was above and beyond customer care! It proved to me that they truly care about me and my family, not just their pocketbook. Not to mention, they are incredibly involved in improving our local community.... not just giving money, but volunteering and making an impact with their time, which is harder to come by! I am so grateful for their outstanding support! They make it easy to recommend them to friends and family!
