So far so good, very pleased with Jennifer and Country Financial. I saved a good bit of money. I use to be a USAA customer until my son showed me we could save over 700.00 dollars a year by going with Jennifer. I highly recommend her and the company.
I was involved in a wreck on 9/23 in which I was hit by a motorcycle engaged in a street race. At all steps along my claims process, Country Financial treated me with care and respect. They quickly arranged for a rental to replace my vehicle, assessed damages, and sent me the check for my totaled vehicle in under a week. I was driving my own new vehicle 7 days after my wreck. Noting the wreck was not my fault, Country did not raise my premiums. The medical claims rep has been in touch and is helping me handle the bills from the hospital where we got checked out. No complaints - thanks to JK and Country Financial!
