(August 8, 2019, 10:23 pm)We went to the office for the first time to get help on a claim. Having had our insurance with Allstate for 10 years, I had never stepped into the building. The lady who helped us was very helpful, and very delightful to talk to. It was nice to know there are good people working when we need help. We greatly appreciate the support we received.
