  Bill Grimes has taken care of our insurance needs for many, many years. Mr. Grimes personally visited when a claim needed to be made at our business. I am confident that I have the appropriate coverage for home/ auto and office needs. I highly recommend this State Farm agency.

  A co-worker recommended Bill Grimes to me when I moved to Huntsville 30 years ago. I'm sure glad she did! Bill and his entire staff have treated me like family from Day 1 (much differently than other companies that I talked to during my initial search). No one has ever tried to sell me something that I didn't need; they always search for the best products and prices for my needs; and are always very professional and friendly. I had one claim experience and I could not be happier with how that was handled. The extensive knowledge and the personal interest in each customer makes for a great combination!

  I would highly recommend this agent and his staff. We had only been insured through them like a month and a 18 wheeler pushed me off the road . I made one phone call and that was it! They covered the rest! One of his staff even said she would come and sit with me or take me wherever I needed to go on her lunch if I needed her. Our old insurance company that would of never happened! Awesome agent and staff!

  Bill and Jamie make buying and updating my insurance a pleasant experience. They never pressure me to make a decision until I'm comfortable. They spend as much time explaining as I need until I understand. But most helpful to me is their honesty. They accept me buying insurance elsewhere if I can get a better deal comparing "apples to apples" insurance products. I decided a long time ago I'll keep coming back to them whenever my insurance needs change. I get what I pay for. In this case, I get a great product and a reasonable price with customer service to make any claims smooth, easy and quick. Curtis B.

  Bill Grimes has been my State Farm insurance agent for 13 years or more. I have never had an agent and his staff be more attentive. Agents I've had in the past just collect their fee and fade into the background when they are needed. Recently, I needed a quote regarding some insurance I was planning to add, and they did not hesitate to get that information to me quickly and even called to see if I had any questions regarding it. Whenever I have had a need or claim, they have been most helpful in resolving my issue(s). I have had exemplary service with them...always! I would highly recommend him and his excellent staff with no reservations.
