They go above and beyond, I have called them after a storm tore through the neighborhood, they were quick to send an adjuster to look at the damage. They are very knowledgeable about the policies they are offering and look for the best deal for the customer

(October 26, 2016, 9:55 pm)I have been insured with Rickey and his staff since I was 16 years old. You always hope you don't have to call your agent unless it's time to renew but sometimes that just isn't the case. In 2010 I had a car acciendent that resulted in injury and a totaled car...I can't thank Rickey and his staff enough for being there for me during that time. Accidents are scary and I'm thankful for agents like Rickey who work hard for their customers! When you walk through their doors they know you and are always eager to help! Thank you for being you and providing the best customer service available (and insurance)!
