I am so thankful to have the help of the agents at Kathy Powell's office. I've had two agents during my tenure and both were stellar. I always trust my agent knows what they are talking about and will help me get the best policies for my needs.

The staff are always patient and help on any issues about auto and home policies. I especially like knowing that with this office, I can call and talk to an understanding and helpful person when I get a mail notice or other document from State Farm that needs my response. This makes my life simpler and demonstrates the outstanding quality of customer service that exemplifies the Kathy Powell State Farm office.
(May 18, 2018, 9:35 am)Kathy Powell State Farm has been taking care of my auto, homeowners and life insurance needs for the last 10 years. Her staff is the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable group of professionals that I’ve encountered anywhere. Two years ago I was looking for a good deal on an auto loan, and after several disappointing inquiries, I remembered that State Farm also does home and auto loans. Kathy Powell gave me a much better rate than anywhere else, and it was with a company I was familiar with and trusted. Thank you Kathy Powell and staff for 10 years of excellent service. I sincerely appreciate it!
