  Michael O'Neal has been my Mom's insurance agent for as long as I can remember.My Mom and I both have both had the pleasure of dealing with Renee at the office,she is always very sweet and goes out of her way to help answer questions for us.If I had to rate State Farm Insurance as a whole I wouldn't give 5stars but since this is Michael's office I believe they deserve it.As far as State Farm I wouldn't recommend them to anyone being that my Mom had Car and Homeowners insurance with them for approximately 35years,always paying faithfully.She had also recommended myself and several other family members and friends but when she lost her home of 35 years to a fire they dropped her after paying the claim which in my eyes isn't what anyone is looking for when looking for Home or Car insurance.People pay insurance so if they have to deal with a tragedy like we did,their insurance company has their back through the unimaginable time as well as after.State Farm would rather drop clients than be there for them which of course cost more to the devoted clients who pay their insurance praying they never have to use it but knowing it's there if they have to.

  The team is very friendly and knowledgeable. Renee goes above and beyond to assist me with questions about my accounts. Especially when it comes to my LIFE policies and helping me keep my family protected.

  Customer service at it's best! I had recently bought a car and went to get my tag and realize I didn't have my new insurance info, but after talking with Renee Giles at Michael O'Neal's office, my insurance card was waiting on me at the courthouse! How awesome is that?!!

  The staff is very professional and helpful. If you are looking for outstanding customer service, you're on the right track. Any paperwork I need, I get it in a timely matter and it's always correct.
