(May 5, 2018, 9:33 am)I have been a customer of Ms. Reed for 5 years. Through the years she has been very helpful with my claims, that is very important to me. She worked with the insurance companies to make sure I received payment from my accidents. When I have questions I call and if the staff is busy they tell me they will call me back and they do. I also enjoy being able to use the insurance companies website or customer service dept. to answer quick questions when Ms. Reed staff is busy. Before joining the Reed Agency I used many agencies but I can honestly say Ms. Reed is a very professional, and knowledgeable agent. She will go to bat for you with a claim and for me that is what it is all about. I am proud of her and I will continue to do business with her and refer all my friends and family to her agency.
