I am just coming out of BellAir direct insurance service after 30 years with no claim...and increased premium up to about 30 % to INOVA BROKERS with word of mount, despite of being COSTCO MEMBER.
My initial communication/correspondence , with a very nice agent is turning out to be beginning of good business relationship. Ms Kerrie Meloche, is not only knowledgeable of the products INOVA offers, but also compassionate about the clients needs.. First Impression is always a good impression, and you do not get second chance to make first impression. I am impressed, and will take my business for the next 20+ years to INOVA...hope it works out as fine as I had hoped for.

My husband and I were in the market to change insurance brokers as our fees had risen to high. I did a lot of online research and although the companies I choose to receive online quotes from were reasonable compared to my current company, I wasn’t sure about the standing, reputation, strength of the companies.
I discovered Inova through the Costco services, filled out a online quote request and asked for a representative to contact me. Well, much to my pleasure I was connected to Martin. He provided a comprehensive quote, a great price, was open to take the time to answer all of my questions (and there were a few), was very patient, understanding and was easy to talk to.
