  Best place for Insurance ! Jamie-Lee Smith, was so kind and caring and found the best rates for myself and so many others I have referred, I went looking for the best and quickly found it with Jamie.. If you are looking for insurance with great rates and someone that will actually care about you as more then a customer then look no further then Jamie ! Top notch service , can't thank them enough !

  I was helping my friend to get insurance for his vehicle. Some how I got to Desjardins Insurance. We had a meeting with Jamie-Lee Smith. She is very very helpful. Give enough time to the customer and try to clarify all things well. My friend is very happy that he got a good insurance with very responsible price.   I have been a client of State Farm Insurance for a number of years. Recently, State Farm was bought by Desjardins. New staff in the Cambridge office of Todd O'Donnell took over my file. Jamie-Lee Smith is the account manager who handles my file. I recently had some concerns to sort out. Jamie-Lee Smith went far above to ensure all my concerns were handled swiftly and professionally. The attention to detail and concern for my situation was amazing. I truly had a terrific experience and am very impressed and thankful for all her efforts.

  I have been with Todd and his team for over 8 years now. Their pricing is competitive, but more importantly they are available when you need them and quick at processing. I have had claims that were dealt with seamlessly as well as new insurances that needed to be set up. When they say they will call you back that day- they do. This team has your back- I highly recommend them.
