Pros. -Good culture -- it's a smaller company, not for profit so the people are really great to work with. -Employees really believe in the vision of what they do. -Management is competent. -Employee appreciation perks are nice but not always liked. -If you're good at your job and show some good faith effort you can advance in this org.
