(September 24, 2019, 4:31 pm)I have been dealing with this office since I was 16. I am 40 now. They have never steered me wrong.
They recently suggested to try the app on my phone. It monitors your driving for 100 days and based on that, it gives you a score and appropriate discount.
Because of that app I now save 23% on my insurance and my driving habits have changed dramatically.
100 days ago I used my phone while driving and sped everywhere. Now my phone goes under my leg and stays there. My speeding is mostly gone. (only 10 over) and I usually use cruise control on the highway.
Kristen is very attentive and helpful.
I may be able to get cheaper insurance, BUT they don't have people to talk to like Kristen. And if I want to I can walk into the office and look someone in the eye.
As with everything in life, you get what you pay for. I may pay a little lore, but what I get outweighs the little money.
