I came to Janaki after having fired my previous overseas counsel working for me in Geneva. Although my previous counsel/law firm charged me a lot, they were inappropriate and unprofessional. Thus, I wanted to sue them for gross negligence and breaching of trust.
I was introduced to Janaki (Wijesundera & Associates) through a friend living in Markham. From the start, contrary to my previous experience with the counsel in Geneva, Benjamin (Dugerdil & Grumbach Avocats), my only regret is not having been introduced to Janaki sooner.
She is polite, professional, efficient and does her job with a heart and she is passionate at her work. A tremendous weight has been lifted off my shoulders and for that, I am truly grateful.
