I spoke with Sandra Unninayar about my car insurance and I couldn't have had a more helpful, informative and patient service representative to help me. She gave me a fair quote and set me up quickly. Highly recommended in my experience. I'd like to add that I don't usually do reviews except when I've had a particularly good service.
Great customer service , however I've been a client of theirs for many years but because of address change and not having combined house or multiple car insurance my premiums shoot up , and that's not even comprehensive, I pay almost same as I was paying when I had G1 ,considering I have upgraded to B class licence now , I guess it's just company rule..may be they will reduce it as time goes by ...
Their customer service is excellent, prompt and willing to help with anything you need. They have always been able to answer your call within a few minutes of dialing, must be a busy year, I waited 10 mins to get my call answered but I have to commend the representative for apologizing and rectifying the situation. Kudos to the Co-operators!

They emailed me the temp cards immediately, but 3 days later I receive policy by e-mail and policy premium is almost $1100 more per year and now there charging a months premium (the inflated premium) to cancel the policy.
