  I have been a client of Grant Leslie since he took over the business from my previous agent of over 20 years. I was at first concerned being with someone new, but Grant quickly alleviated these concerns at each and every contact made with his office. He and his team respond to my needs and concerns in a very prompt and efficient manner and even follow up for satisfaction. The service is actually superior to what I experienced before so the best decision I made was to remain a client when the business changed hands. I have from time to time looked into competitors just to verify my premiums are competitive and I can say they absolutely are competitive and even better. It is comforting to be a client of a reliable and competent insurance service in Grant Leslie and team.

  Grant Leslie and his team have always provided me with excellent service. But this time around, it was truly outstanding. To make a long story short, a massive tree fell on our house as a result of the windstorm last Friday. The State Farm emergency phone lines were out of order & in desperation, I reached out to Grant. Within minutes, he responded that he would help me. The next day, Grant miraculously found a tree removal company who was willing to come out. They sent a crew of 3 men who worked for 8 hours on Sunday to carefully remove the tree & its branches. The next day, State Farm opened a file & quickly approved a contractor to do the necessary repairs. Grant, I can't thank you enough for being there for me & my family. "Like a good neighbour, State Farm is there."
