  Our meeting with Claude Tourigny was very pleasant. He was very professional, friendly and truly customer-oriented. After reviewing our Home/Car Insurance, he was able to give us a reduced premium with a better coverage.

  My wife and I used to be with Desjardins directly, we didn't have an Agent. When we heard from Claude we decided to give Sue Atkinsons office a shot considering switching to a desjardins Agent voids the cancellation fee. To say the services have been amazing is an understatement! From being able to text an Agent and get questions asked, to calling the office and dealing with staff, it has been a 0-10 change for the better. The fact that Claude saved us some money was just a bonus. We could not be happier with this change!

  Friendly staff and happy with the service. Sat with Claude for 2 hours to review all my policies. He was very patient and helpful.
