(December 23, 2013, 11:28 am)These folks are good people. They are good at their job, they are friendly and helpful. I can't really say enough how much I appreciate their service. I was with a big discount insurance company and was treated pretty badly - would be hard to be treated more like a number and less like a human. Switched to cooperators and was treated fantastic - I mean, they really went above and beyond - and I ended up saving me money, which kind of shocked me. I'm a happy camper.
