They do little things that make a big difference, for instance, Justine is willing to make home visits at 7pm to optimize our plans because that was the only time we could meet. Moreso, she's happy and cheerful when she shows up even though it's late and she has a young family at home. However, we never really appreciated just how fantastic they were until we had to make an insurance claim. They will guide and support you through the entire process and they really care. When we needed to make our claim, it was because of some really difficult health issues and the last thing we could handle at that time was fighting with an insurance company. Having Justine and her team on our side during the claims process was priceless. They coordinated everything for us and the whole claim was effortless - a very different experience than what my parents went through the MD management. We can't say enough good things about this place.

Insurance and financial health can be hard to understand, and not all quotes are comparing apples-to-apples. The team has always been patient answering my questions and I am always greeted with a sincere smile that makes me feel like they have my best interests at heart.
