  I cannot overstate just how impressed I am with the service I received from this organization! I had the sheer pleasure of working with Rachel Mckittrick. She was nothing short of professional and extremely helpful. This is my first car and therefore my first insurance policy. I called around, but to my dismay, the prices were either too high, or, the insurance broker was unavailable. That was until I got in touch with Desjardin! Thanks Rachel.

  I had a very bad experience with my previous Desjardin agent (then State Farm) and was considering even switching insurance companies but I was very happy with my commercial coverage. Upon just my first phone call to Jackie's office I could see an incredible difference in the way they present themselves. I felt valued as a customer and the listened to me. They confirmed everything and even made a change I had requested my former agent do 3 times!!! All the staff is so nice and so welcoming, I actually like going in. The vibe in the office is so relaxed but they are still very quick and you don't have to chase them. They will actually call you back! I am so happy with Jackie and her office staff, I will be switching my personal auto and home insurance over once its come due next year. I highly recommend her to everyone asking about insurance.

  Very helpful- staff went above and beyond to help me out. SO nice to deal with people who truly back up their work and give you peace of mind.

  Switched years ago from another Insurance Company never regretted it! I’ve since convinced two other family members to switch from their companies to have better rates, friendly service from a great Staff! Also met the Owner, Jackie is as personalable as can be, her concern of your needs in insurance far exceeds the norm! A-1 business in Windsor! ????????????????
