(April 1, 2019, 9:05 pm)My partner and I were referred to John and Lisa through a co-worker for home insurance and auto/motorbike. Lisa was very friendly and patient at reception and on the phone. Almost right away into my phone call with John, it was easy to tell that he genuinely wanted to help me and take the time. He even went as far as not only patiently answering all of my questions, but also helping me understand how I could save, and what insurance companies skip over or ask about to bump up your premiums, and what things you can ask for to give you discounts.
After his generous time on the phone and doing everything he could to get me the best deal, he honestly told me that the best we could get in our personal circumstance would be the just the home insurance with him instead of the full package deal with vehicles. I really appreciated his honesty, his wisdom, and that he was looking out for us.
We definitely wanted to get insurance with such a good person/ethical businessman like him, especially since he's local, and he was able to get us the BEST rate out of the many companies I called, so there was no way we were going anywhere else! Thank you John! Can't wait to call you again for more insurance!

When I switched companies to get the cheaper rate, there was an accidental double withdrawal on the insurance companies end ( not the brokers fault, an oversight on my previous policy provider) and Protect Plus resolved the situation immediately. On the ball with any problems, no waiting for return calls. Very happy with John Riolo as my broker. Professional, reliable service with friendly staff! Great job John.

(September 27, 2018, 5:54 pm)John was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He sat down with me and went over all of my current insurance coverage. He then was able to get me some similar and even better coverage through his network and at the same time saved me a bunch of money! If you're looking for insurance, do yourself a favor and make sure to talk to John. You won't be disappointed!
(September 27, 2018, 9:21 am)I switched my insurance over to Protect Plus in august. The team there were able to provide me with better rates and coverage than I was Receiving from my former providers. Not only that but they were able to inform me of some serious issues I had with my former providers. I was getting Insurance for my car from one provider and my house from another. Protect Plus informed me of some serious issues with doing my insurance this way. While in 15 years my other two providers never made mention of it at all.
