Don and the office staff, especially Heather, are fantastic, always friendly, always extremely helpful.
I am giving Don and his staff the 5 stars, I am giving State Farm, Certa, Desjardin, a minus 1. When it was just a State Farm, it was fine, if I ever had a claim everything was taken care of promptly and efficient. Ever since they went to the new underwriting companies, the merger, it is an absolute disaster. I have been trying to get a claim for damage to my house cleared for about 10 months now, this is absolutely ridiculous. Don and his staff have been doing everything they can to help me out, but the Brokers have been pushed aside and there's not really a lot that they can do for me.
When my policy is up for renewal in a few months I will definitely be shopping around for a new company, I feel bad for Don and the other brokers because this has absolutely nothing to do with them but they are the ones that will suffer as client start moving on to other companies.
