They called me back very quickly and answered all my questions respectfully and calmly. They explained very well what type of insurance I needed and what I didn't. They gave alot of options are well.
Even though, I am paying 17 dollars more a month than previous providers, the peace I will dealing with people who are kind and understanding is worth it.
Also, the only reason I'm paying more is due do an old accident that would show up on any market. So not their fault.
Very pleased that I made the switch. I just hope if I ever have to make a claim, it will go as smoothly so joining the team.

(August 28, 2019, 1:17 pm)I would rate Liane/ Chris as the most affordable, personified and Quick auto insurance agents in Canada. Believe me, before i met Liane I was just about to drop my idea of owning a car in Canada, with other agents/ companies quoting so high (dropping Bomb shell) quotes. Most of other agents quoted more than DOUBLE the price of monthly installment of my car. Finding a affordable and reliable car insurance is really a headache for new comers with new Driving Licence like me . . . but . . . not any more. . . Thanks to Liane Fixter/ Chris Shewchyk @ Desjardins Insurance.

My previous insurance company was giving me a very hard time and wanted to charge me a ridculous premium but after speaking to Andrew the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. He helped me get out of my current insurance policy and was able to find me exactly what I needed with one of the lowest insurance quotes I have received since I have been driving (over ten years). Thanks so much Andrew you are Awesome. ????
