(March 30, 2019, 5:14 pm)Lindsey is AMAZING. She makes visiting the insurance branch something to look forward to. I have been at this location multiple times now and I've had Lindsey each time, and she really does provide excellent service. For example, after transferring my insurance to my new car, Lindsey noticed something was off, she went out of her way to contact me to get me in store, and ended up saving me about $900. Super happy!
(March 26, 2019, 3:18 pm)I am pleased with my recent experience at Westland Insurance. I needed to renew my auto insurance and it was handled in a very friendly and professional way. Everything was explained clearly to me so I could make appropriate changes for my present situation, and I was also asked if I would like an adjuster to call me regarding an estimate for home insurance. I have been called and emailed a questionaire to fill out at my convenience. I will definitely give my return business to Westland Insurance.
