  Their online service made it very easy to purchase Special Event Insurance and they followed up with a personalized email in case I had any questions. The customer service has been great so far - I would definitely recommend this company.

  Finally, a decent website that sells insurance products. Bought my travel insurance and my appliance breakdown insurance and got my policy emailed to me instantly. Had to make a small change to one of my policies, and got incredible service from their phone agent, Catherine. Highly recommend these guys. Now if only they sold ICBC on their website.

  I needed my renter’s insurance and was referred by my friend who is the customer of InsureBC. I noticed they also sell online products so I purchased it online. I also had a few questions during the process and used their live chat service. I was promptly assisted by Catherine who was extremely helpful. I exactly know what I was buying for. I look forward to purchasing other insurance products on their site moving forward.

  I've done my icbc car insurance at a few of their locations over the years and when I looked at their website the other day, I noticed that they now sell a bunch of products online. As much as I've enjoyed my interactions with their staff, I like the idea of shopping for my insurance online. Bought my travel insurance on their website yesterday and will be looking to get their Sports Equipment package for my new bike. Didn't even know that product existed. Same with Pet Insurance... who knew?
