(May 14, 2019, 1:17 am)my cousin and i had our car breakdown on a highway. a bcaa tow truck driver, Ted, happened to pass by. helped us out, followed us and made sure we were safe and on our way. the customer service he provided, before even being on the clock, really amazed us. great employees great service.
(April 20, 2019, 9:47 pm)I first went to London Drugs and they were clueless regarding what was required when the car owner, my mom, had died. So I came here to transfer ownership to the estate and renew the car insurance. The woman who helped me was patient and thorough and ended up staying past closing to ensure the paper work was done. Very customer oriented!
(April 15, 2019, 10:11 am)Have been a member for quite a number of years. Found the travel insurance is the best you can get for coverage. Had a claim in US dollars paid in full in two weeks. Tried another cheaper Pacific Blue Cross took four months and refused full coverage for the same coverage and situation as BCAA insurance. Staff are always helpful and understanding. Highly recommend BCAA.
