I have personal, car and my business insurance through them. Wonderful staff to deal with and they always follow up if there is ever any concerns or claims.
(December 10, 2018, 2:23 pm)Your service and effort is exceptional. From the initial quoting about 2 months ago to getting our insurance set up. You have gone above and beyond and provided a level of service that exceeded my expectations. For a little background, yesterday, Sunday, I sent a note to Sheila asking for a certificate of insurance. Within about 1 hour, I had a response back and she asked for additional information. I sent the info and she said I would have it in the morning (Monday Morning). As promised, the certificate was sent this morning followed by a phone call to confirm I had received it and making sure it was correct. She then noted that she was not feeling well and had come in to do the certificate. With my confirmation that everything was good, she was heading back hope to rest.
All my insurance has been transferred to Schill, including my 2 cars, and my boat. I just need to get my house there now. It’s because of this exceptional service I have become a loyal customer to Schill and will certainly recommend Schill to family and friends
